I just wanted to take a moment to thank Tanner for his help—not only with purchasing the new equipment but also for assisting us with bidding several jobs recently. The new package from DuctPro (formerly ProAir) is definitely an improvement over the original ProAir package. I have both, and the vacuum is noticeably stronger with its three motors, although it is a bit heavier and can be tougher to carry upstairs.
The air rods are fantastic—they’ve made a huge difference. I’ve been using them often, and they make the job so much easier than pushing the line through. It’s clear that DuctPro is a solid company that truly stands behind its products. I think what really sets them apart is their deep understanding of the air duct cleaning business, which is just as important as the equipment itself. So, big thanks to DuctPro!

I think the best way to explain my review is that you just get more for your money. Starting with their vacuum, I think it’s the strongest 110w vacuum that you can buy. 3 motors. I researched this and that vacuum sales for $2700 all the way up to $3400. The air rods, 2 sets and air whips you can buy for about $700. So when I add it all up, you save about a $1000 instead of trying to hunt this stuff down and buy it direct. I have probably spoke to the owner Jeff about 10 times over the last year. His tech guy set up a website for me for a $100, they helped me set up a way to get government duct cleaning jobs, one that I got was 21K. At the end of the day, this equipment is a tool, but where you really get a lot of value is the staff at their office. They have consistently helped me with doing bids, setting up my google business account, I lost a replacement part which they got me in 3 days, they’re just on top of it. Ohh and did I mention that they’ve cleaned ducts for about 20 years? They’ve always had the answer to any question that I have. More than the equipment, they really helped me start my business. So for that, I am very grateful and happily give them a positive review.
